We all have photographs of ourselves taken many times over but how many can say they actually have a hand-drawn portrait of themselves done? Perhaps a pencil sketch is an anachronism, a format not representative of current trends which has seen the proliferation of digital camera and smartphones into the household. But sometimes, a pencil sketch, even an artificial one from a smartphone app can be quite the novelty, don’t you think?

I like your take, or rather your double take. Funny thing I was taking photos of our little doggie this afternoon. We went to a family party, and was having a ball playing with toys that belonged to the pet of that household. Happy Sunday.

So adorable! Great shots Mrs. P and love the captions! I had to smile at the toy sleeping part. Simba does that as well but the best was one day when he was so sleepy but wanted his coffee and as I held the mug for him to drink, I noticed he wasn’t swallowing anymore. He fell asleep with his mouth and face in the mug! LOL! I laughed myself silly. :D

Sonel! Simba is so funny! Thank you so much for sharing this hilarious titbit about Simba. But wow he must have been pretty tired out and sleepy too! Haha! Guess your evil plan to perk him up with coffee failed since he fell asleep before he could get it in. :P *just joking* Hah!
p/s I did read that coffee is not good for dogs, but assume Simba has no problems with it? Sorry for being a busybody!

He sure is Mrs. P and here we drink coffee before bedtime as the caffeine doesn’t do anything to us. LOL! Simba and I love our morning coffee and bedtime coffee. Without it we can’t start or end. heheheh
